Our founders, Caleb and Berkley, were inspired by a life-changing experience during a trip to Norway, where they witnessed the remarkable healing potential of contrast therapy in a sauna overlooking the Oslo fjord. This experience drove them to embark on a transformative journey that led to the creation of Stove & Plunge.
Our Signature Collection
The saunas in our Signature Collection are expertly designed and constructed in the Finnish tradition. The interior spaces are created using high-quality cedar and are typically equipped with Huum or Iki sauna stoves, our preferred partners and market leading stove manufacturers.
